Terms & Conditions
1. Draft Desk provides research, drafting assistance, and academic support services including but not limited to legal research, case law compilation, drafting of academic papers, articles, corporate documents, real estate documentation, and moot court research. All services are provided strictly for informational, academic, and professional assistance purposes.
2. Engagement of services with Draft Desk shall not be construed as creating any attorney–client relationship, legal representation, or legal advisory relationship. Draft Desk functions solely as a research and drafting assistance platform.
3. While reasonable care is exercised to ensure accuracy, Draft Desk does not guarantee the completeness, applicability, or suitability of any research or drafted material for specific legal proceedings, submissions, or professional use. The client assumes full responsibility for the use and reliance upon the delivered work product.
4. Clients shall ensure that all information, instructions, and documents provided to Draft Desk are accurate, lawful, and complete. Draft Desk shall not be liable for any errors, delays, or deficiencies arising from inaccurate or incomplete client-provided information.
5. Upon full payment for services rendered, the client shall receive usage rights to the delivered work product. However, Draft Desk retains the right to utilize anonymized formats, templates, or structural elements of the work for internal development and quality improvement.
6. Draft Desk undertakes to maintain strict confidentiality of all client information, documents, and communications. All materials shared by the client shall be handled with reasonable safeguards to prevent unauthorized disclosure, except where disclosure is required by law.
7. All services are subject to payment terms communicated prior to commencement of work. Draft Desk reserves the right to require partial or full advance payment before initiation of services. Failure to complete payment obligations may result in suspension or termination of services.
8. Clients may request reasonable revisions within the scope of the originally agreed assignment. Substantial modifications, additional research requirements, or scope alterations may be subject to additional charges at the discretion of Draft Desk.
9. Estimated delivery timelines are provided in good faith based on the complexity and scope of the work. Draft Desk shall not be held liable for delays arising from unforeseen circumstances, client communication delays, or factors beyond reasonable control.
10. Under no circumstances shall Draft Desk be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from the use, interpretation, or reliance upon any research or drafted material provided.
11. Clients agree not to use any services or materials provided by Draft Desk for unlawful purposes, academic dishonesty, plagiarism, misrepresentation, or any activity that violates applicable laws, institutional regulations, or professional ethical standards.
12. Draft Desk reserves the right to amend, modify, or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of services after such modifications shall constitute acceptance of the revised terms.
